Due to a clerical error in the original booking of the Scarborough Civic Centre venue, we have had to make a change to the date and location of the JHCA Canada Annual General Meeting (AGM). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
The JHCA Canada Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Sunday, December 14, 2025, starting at 9:30 a.m. at Metropolitan Centre located at 3840 Finch Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1T 3T4.
Please be informed that you should be a life member or an active annual member of the association to cast your votes in the Election 2025/2026.

The new membership application forms with proof of payment will be accepted until November 13, 2025, 11:59 PM EST. The payment for renewal of annual membership will also be accepted until November 13, 2025, 11.59 PM EST.
New membership application forms or payments for renewal of annual memberships will not be accepted from November 14, 2025, until the Election 2024/2025 is over on December 14, 2025.
