As previously communicated, A Special General Meeting (SGM) will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at Canadian Tamils’ Chamber Of Commerce (CTCC) located at 80 Travail Rd Unit 1 & 2, Markham, ON L3S 3J1.
The meeting will start at 9.30 am and is expected to end at 12.00 pm. SGM is scheduled to discuss, amend, and approve the proposed changes to the current constitution and the by-laws. We are looking forward to see you all at the SGM.
