As previously informed, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024, starting at 9:30 a.m. at Scarborough Civic Center (Council Chamber).
JHCA Canada Election 2024 to elect the JHCA Canada Associations Office Bearers and Executive Comittee Members for the term 2024-2025 will be conducted by the Elections Committee at the AGM on December 14, 2024 at Scarborough Civic Center (Council Chamber).
The nomination form with submission instructions is attached to this email for your convenience. It can also be downloaded from our website www.jaffnahinducanada.com at the following link here.
Nominations will only be received at elections@jaffnahinducanada.com.
Please take note of the important dates below.
Nominations will open starting at 11:59 PM EST on November 15, 2024.
Nominations will be accepted until 11:59 PM EST on November 29, 2024.
The JHCA Canada website (www.jaffnahinducanada.com) will be updated on November 30, 2024, to publish the details of the nominations.
Nominations can be withdrawn before 11.59 PM EST on December 06, 2024.
